A free service started this week at the Shelby Community Library. Prior to the email system, customers received a phone call once a week after an item became overdue. Email notifications will be sent out on the day books, DVD’s and other items are overdue. Staff members will continue to provide reminders over the phone as necessary. Those interested in the email notification system can sign up at the Shelby Community Library. For more information on library services, call 402-527-5181.
