South Sioux City School District students, who live outside of the South Sioux City city limits, are eligible for a free library card funded by the Nebraska Library Commission’s Youth for Excellence Grant.
Students must apply with a parent or guardian (if younger than 16 years of age), provide a school ID and proof of residence; such as a piece of current mail.
*Applications will be subject to approval.
*One scholarship per household.
*Scholarships are available while funds last.
*All library cards issued will follow the current Library Circulation Policy.
