Join us on March 9th!
This half-day workshop will have an emphasis on acting through specific customer situations and dealing with trying patrons. We’ll have a discussion on existing and new patrons, as well continual learning, phone etiquette, appearance, and striving to pay attention on all that is happening at the library.
This workshop costs $25 per person and has 4 CE credits available. Only 15 people will be able to attend, so be sure to sign up if you don’t want to miss out! This workshop is from 9:00 am – 1:00 pm on March 9th at the Metropolitan Community College in Fremont, Nebraska and lunch will not be served. Check out the attached flyer for more information!
