Kilgore Memorial Library Policy Manual

Gifts of money, real property, and stock will be accepted if conditions attached thereto are acceptable to the Library Foundation.  A receipt form is available for donated materials.  Potential donors of money, real property, and stock will be advised of the Kilgore Memorial Library Foundation and its role in supporting the library by receiving and managing larger gifts including real estate.

The library may accept for deposit materials which are not outright gifts at the discretion of the library director.

The library’s criteria for adding and retaining materials to the collection will apply to donated materials.

Donor recognition will be accomplished by bookplates, commensurate with the gift.
