The Culbertson Public Library is a support center for learning. The library will provide quality materials and services that will help residents meet their personal, educational, and professional needs. The library will be a place that appeals to adults and children with a welcoming and friendly atmosphere.

The Culbertson Public Library will know it is succeeding when…our services and facilities appeal to all ages; our collections, services and staff are outstanding; we have established the library as “someplace a person can go to other than home or work, and feel like a part of the community”. We remain focused on the needs of our patrons.
