MISSION STATEMENT
A. To provide books and other materials selected for
value of interest, information, education, enlightenment
and enrichment for the community.
No material will be excluded because of race, nationality
or political views or religious views of the author or editor.
B. To serve the community as a source of reliable information.
C. To seek continually to recognize the community’s needs
and to co-operate with other organizations, agencies and
institutions in providing programs and services
to meet these needs.
