To provide quality materials and services which fulfill educational, informational, cultural, and recreational needs of the entire community in an atmosphere that is welcoming, respectful, and businesslike.
Services
We have several special collections including: Nebraskan Heritage, Large Print, Westerns, Romance, Paperbacks, Young Adult, and Spanish. Also available are Audio Books (CD and Digital), reference section, magazines, cake pans, DVDs, local newspapers, and Morrill High School Yearbooks. We also subscribe to the Nebraska Libraries Overdrive, which provides a large collection of E-Books and AudioBooks.
If you are looking for a book not in our collection, we can easily obtain it through inter-library loans. For those interested we have the Morrill Mail Newspaper available on microfilm. There is also a community room available for civic or local organizations.
Adult Friday Mornings from 9:30 am to 11:30am different activities every month
On Thursdays we have a Free Fine Day, patrons who return their overdue items inside the library will have all fines forgiven.
We have five public access computers; one of which is ADA Compliant, with internet access and print capabilities, we can also make copies, laminate, scan, and send faxes.
