Summer Reading Program

Welcome to the 2025 Youth Summer Reading Program: Level Up at Your Library! We have lots of fun programs and activities planned for ages 18 months through those just completing 6th grade. Wednesdays, June 5th – June 25th @ 10AM
For Toddlers and their caregivers. Stories, songs, rhymes, and fun followed by active free play time!
Tuesdays June 3rd – 24th @ 10AM
Storytime for Preschool ages friends. Includes at Take Home Craft Project. (Caregivers of 3 year-olds should choose either Toddler or PreK storytime.)
Tuesdays June 3rd – 24th @ 11AM
Storytime for friends just finishing Kindergarten or 1st grade. Followed by a simple craft project, games, and activities.
Wednesdays June 4th – June 25th @ 11AM
Hang out with friends, learn cool stuff, and maybe do a project or tow! Also, UNL Extension Educator Debbie Kuenning will be here!
Friday, May 30th from 5:30-7 PM
Join us at Grant City Park for food, games, and fun. Pick up your summer reading packets to get you started!
Tuesday, June 17th from 2-4PM
Grades K and up are invited to come and free build with the library’s awesome LEGO collection.
