Library Director Graduates from Leadership Institute

I am so very proud to have participated in the Association for Rural & Small Library’s Leadership Institute! In 2021, 30 of us from across the nation were selected to participate in the first ever Outstanding in Their Field leadership institute. This 18 month program taught us the skills to better serve our communities and to demonstrate the value of small libraries! Presenting at the 2022 ARSL Conference was just one milestone on this amazing journey. Now that we have graduated, we will all take our skills, knowledge, and confidence out into the world. I’m proud to have represented Schuyler and Nebraska.
