Library staff is available to assist with using the Otoe County genealogy resources for research (with limited census information for Cass and Nemaha Counties). The library also fulfills genealogy requests.
How to Submit a Genealogy Research Request

Provide a mailing address and telephone number. Please allow 4 to 6 weeks for a response.
We do not charge for our research service. However, we do suggest a $10.00 minimum donation to the library.
Ancestry Library Edition can be accessed in house on the Morton-James Public Library public computers. Call 402-873-5609 with any questions.
