The homebound delivery program is available to provide library materials to patrons living within the city limits of Nebraska City who are physically unable to visit the library in person.
Eligibility
Patrons are eligible for this service if they are unable to leave their home due to surgery, illness, accident, or disability, or do not have a means of transportation.
You must be a library cardholder to participate in this service. Deliveries are made every-other Tuesday.
