SUMMER READING PROGRAM 2025
Infant – 5th Grade
Register for the Summer Reading Program to earn Library Dollars to spend around town. Read 200 minutes to earn a library dollar. Infants, toddlers and preschool children can be read to by parents, caregivers, or older siblings. Use the Reader Zone app to track reading minutes or paper reading record sheets are available at the front desk. A maximum of $10 in library dollars can be earned throughout the summer. For every library dollar earned, your name will be entered into the drawing for a Grand Prize. Keep reading after you earn $10 to qualify for a Grand Prize.
Teens
Stop by the library to pick up a Summer Reading Program packet. Complete the Teen Activity Sheet to earn points for prizes. Reach 40 points (must include 4 books) to receive a $10 gift card from the Library’s gift bucket. All activity sheets are due by July 23rd. Four (4) gifts cards per person total for the summer.
