The John Rogers Library offers all members of the community an opportunity to transform their lives through education and lifelong learning. April 21 is National Library Workers Day, a great time to see what’s new at the Library and to thank librarians and library workers for their contributions. And remember — the John Rogers Library works because they do. Click the link below to nominate your favorite Library employee……. https://ala-apa.org/nlwd/
The Library is looking for some volunteers to help carry boxes of books out of the Library into vehicles and moved to the Auditorium for the Craft Fair. I am hoping to get this done the week of November 26-30. If you are interested in helping please let me know!!!!
Stop in each day to hunt for our gingerbread lady who moves in the Library. After you have found her stop by the front desk and enter your name for a weekly prize. The Grand prize drawing will take place on December 22. The grand prize winner will be drawn from the names collected throughout the month so the more you visit us the better your chances are to win!! The Grand Prize is a “How the Grinch Stole Christmas” Pack that includes the dvd, the book, a stuffed grinch, a stuffed Cindy Loo Who and a Grinch Bag!!!
Welcome to the NEW home of the John Rogers Memorial Library website. This move has been much needed and we are happy to be getting things started. We hope to have all the pages up and running by the end of the year. WE look forward to reading all the comments made by our patrons. Thank you for your continued support!!
