Readers of all ages will explore all things underground this summer as Plainview Carnegie Library presents “Dig Into Reading” during our summer reading program that begins on June 1st and ends on July 29th.

Children will explore what lives underground, construction vehicles, caves, rocks and more through stories, crafts, music, and other activities.

The 2013 Summer Reading Program is open to all from the very young through adult with programs, prize drawings, story times, and more.  Families are invited to join the Read-to-Me portion of the program.

Participants can begin reading on June 1st and will conclude on July 29th.  The story time and other programs will be on Mondays in July starting on Monday, July 1st and ending on Monday, July 29th.  There will be a celebration and presentation of certificates that will be announced on July 29th.

For more information and to register, call the library at 402-582-4507 or drop us an email at plibrary@plvwtelco.net or just stop on in the library.
