We hosted the Nebraska Library Commission’s Innovative Studio Grant Machines a couple years ago. Recently we were asked to chose a machine that we would like to have from this grant program and we chose the MakerBot 3D Printer as our number one choice and we got it!
This MakerBot 3D Printer is now the property of Butler Memorial Library and we will have it available to patrons in the Innovative Studio. We do require training before using any of our machines. I will train our summer interns on this machine and will have them work with kids during workshops if all goes as planned.
