Library Director: Monica Tidyman
Monica Tidyman has been employed at the library since October 2012 and was hired as Director in April 2014. Monica holds an Associate of Science degree in Library and Information Technology from Central Community College in Columbus and a Bachelor of General Studies with a Public Library Concentration from University of Nebraska at Omaha. Monica says the best part of working at the library is that she loves helping people find the perfect book. The hardest part? Not taking a book home every night!
Assistant Librarian: Emily Tandy
Emily has been employed as the Assistant Librarian since August 2018. She has a Bachelors degree in Psychology from York College. Emily enjoys reading mysteries, cookbooks, and children’s literature. She also enjoys being creative in the kitchen and watching British television. Emily’s favorite job is being a mom, but working at the library is a close second! She loves doing preschool storytime and helping patrons find a new book to love.
