Stromsburg Public Library also participates in the NebrasKard program through the Nebraska Library Commission. This program allows patrons who are in good standing at their local library to borrow from other participating libraries across the state. To participate, stop in the library and sign the NebrasKard form. A librarian will then give you a keychain card or apply a sticker to your library to show proof that you are a patron in good standing in our library. York’s Kilgore Memorial Library is the only area reciprocating library.
