What do you get when you can’t have Lego League for a year? 50 eager kids, 2 very excited library directors and every nook and cranny of the library full!! Lego League was held on Monday, September 20. We had a full library and we loved it!! The kids spent their time just having fun building. Next Lego League will be Monday, October 18.
Yippee!!! Lego League starts Monday, September 20, from 4 to 5 at Elgin Public Library. Grades Kindergarten – 5th grade are invited to come build with legos. Hope to see you Monday.
The Book Club books are in. Stop by and pick up your copy of The Scent of Rain and Lightning by Nancy Pickard. Book Club will be held on Wednesday, September 29th.
We are excited to announce Lego League will be starting in September. It will be held the third Monday of each month with the first one being September 20 from 4:00 to 5:00. Children in grades Kindergarten through fifth grade are welcome to attend. Hope to see you then!!

If you like to read and discuss books in a relaxing and informal setting with others who like to read, then join us for Book Club. Copies of this month’s book will be arriving Sept. 10 and can be picked up at the library. Book Club will be held on Wednesday, September 29 at 4:00.
