Stop in and see our New Displays:
September is Nebraska Archaeology Month so we have a list of events throughout the state and some archaeology books to be found in our Nebraska section
September is also Hispanic Heritage Month so we have a display with some Latin American writers and nonfiction also
We also have a Book to Movie Display–several books are being made into movies–read it before you see it!
Remember! We have the “Don’t Judge a book by its cover” program going on until mid September! Grab a book for your long weekend!
Volunteers are fantastic! Sydney Wardyn and Heather Harrison took over Story Hour through the Summer and did a fantastic job! Now, if they would just train me . . .
Diane Peters does a wonderful job covering books and getting them all ready to hit the shelves for readers…
Our library is very fortunate to have such great help!
Also…stay tuned Diane Thompsen is going to get the vhs/dvd section whipped into shape so it is much easier to find what you are looking for…hey, she volunteered!
The library is the temple of learning, and learning has liberated more people than all the wars in history”
