The CCC outreach coordinator, Judith Weston, was up to the library tonight. Some brainstorming for future classes needs to be done. We could offer more computer classes: Excel, Facebook, ebay, webpages, blogging…
Other options are: Quilting 101, Beading classes, knitting, crocheting, Genealogy, Painting, Writing your life story, Making a family cookbook, Estate Planning, Budgeting, Couponing, What are some ways to tell if your house is haunted :), children’s literature for grandparents, Spanish, etc.

There is even archeology and different religion (gospels) lecture series. Pick up a booklet and help us decide what type of classes would be good for the community.

With preschools in session at different times, would anyone be interested in a 10 am Thursday morning and a 2 pm Friday afternoon Story Hour? We hope to catch a few more kids this way. We could trial it out next week. What do you think?
