The Ordinary Spaceman, recently donated to the Wauneta Public Library by the Wauneta Breeze, tells the story of the struggles and triumphs of Clayton C. Anderson. From a small-town boy in Ashland, Nebraska, to veteran astronaut, Anderson reveals his own struggles to become an astronaut over fifteens years of dedicated efforts. Anderson offers a unique view on the life of an astronaut both in training and in life on the Space Station.
