There’s so much to do @ your library!
- Starting on Tuesday, January 21st, at 6:30 pm, you can visit the library to take part in “Conversational Spanish!” Come learn the language, brush up on what you’ve forgotten, get ready to take a trip … or work on your Spanish homework! Learn the language and culture of beautiful Spain! Spanish teacher Mary Beth Frieden will guide your way and keep you busy on those chilly Tuesday evenings!
- Our Teen After Hours happens January 25th! We’re done with reindeer games and on to balloons! Balloon games for the tweens and teens will provide a “popping” good time. Snacks of course… and lots of fun!
- Our Valentine’s party is scheduled for February 11th at 6:30.. Pajamas and stuffed animals are welcomed! There will be crafts, snacks and stories to celebrate Valentine’s Day!
- The library winter reading program ends on February 14th. You still have time to help Dr. Seuss’s friends make it to the library. Read five books and “roll” for a prize! Open for all ages!
- Our winter lock in will take place February 1st. Sign up is going on NOW! Participants ages 8 and above will enjoy an evening of Dr. Seuss merriment. Reading, crafts and games will set the pace for the night. Although we won’t be serving green eggs and ham, we’ll probably find a Wocket for our Pockets and a truffala tree or two!
