Summer reading is open to all children and teens, and the theme this year is Adventure Begins at your Library. Registration begins May 20th during library hours and continues throughout the program. The Summer Reading Program begins May 28th and continues through June 28th.
How to Sign Up
A parent or guardian will need to visit the Alliance Public Library and fill out a registration form for each child.
Before registration you will need to view the below slideshow, either at home or in the library, explaining the rules of participation. You will then sign a form stating you viewed the presentation and understand how the program works.
Each child will receive an Adventure begins at your Library book bag that contains their reading log and extra activities.
Attached to the reading log is an entry for the Rock guessing game. Each child can submit their guess at registration time; if they wait to enter, they must use the form provided with their log since extra copies will not be available.
