CCC future classes at the library–help us decide!
The CCC outreach coordinator, Judith Weston, was up to the library tonight. Some brainstorming for future classes needs to be done. We could offer more computer classes: Excel, Facebook, ebay, webpages, blogging…
Other options are: Quilting 101, Beading classes, knitting, crocheting, Genealogy, Painting, Writing your life story, Making a family cookbook, Estate Planning, Budgeting, Couponing, What are some ways to tell if your house is haunted :), children’s literature for grandparents, Spanish, etc.
Kids camps like first aid/trauma classes–what do you do if…
Survival camp type classes
There is even archeology and different religion (gospels) lecture series. Pick up a booklet and help us decide what type of classes would be good for the community.

Halloween bash.
Tricks and treats at the library. Tuesday 5:30pm. Ghostbusters movie and fun. Stop in for a howling good time.
Preschool Storyhour
With preschools in session at different times, would anyone be interested in a 10 am Thursday morning and a 2 pm Friday afternoon Story Hour? We hope to catch a few more kids this way. We could trial it out next week. What do you think?
CCC Computer Class
On October 27th, 5:30-7:30 PM, there will be a CCC instructor led “Microsoft Word/Fearless Computing” Class. Cost is $25.00. Register and Attend at the Loup City Public Library.
