Kids Fair: This Saturday 10-1 community center
Cowgirl Peg: Cowgirl Peg is on her way to Loup City!
April 7th 1:30-3:00 programs for Loup City School Students K-4 and CNCS Preschool Students. Peggy Sundberg, aka Cowgirl Peg, writes character building elementary books. These books are not only gorgeous but have great story lines.
Making cottonball cotton tails bunnies. Our Story this week was “The Bunnies Trip” by Lezlie Evans.
This Saturday 0730: Meet in front of the Community Center for a “Spring into Health” Community Walk sponsored by the school. Kids can earn mileage for the “Marathon Kid” program at school. This walk takes place right before the Health Fair starts.
You may have noticed some collection containers around town in January/February. These donations were gathered by the Loup City PTO. They then donated a bunch of books to the library! Thanks to the PTO! Mary Anne is shown with the donated books.

Thank you so very much to Crane River Theater group for coming up to put on the Minions program for Preschool and Kindergarten and the Flat Stanley program for 1st-3rd graders. We had a great time!! Thanks also to the Loup City Public School Teachers, Administration, and Support Staff for all of your help! Thanks to CNCS Staff and Volunteers for transporting all of those wonderful kids to the school. Thanks to all of the kids who participated and made this a great event! (P.S. The Loup City Public Library is proud to host the Crane River Theater group of Kearney. They will be performing for Preschool–3rd graders on March 10th in the South gym of the high school. Preschool and Kindergarten will see the Minions program from 1:30-2:30 pm and 1st-3rd will see the Flat Stanley program from 2:30-3:30 pm. This is the same organization which put on the Shrek program here a couple of years ago and did such a fantastic job. Check them out at: http://www.cranerivertheater.org/
This young lady helped “Share the Love” by making Valentine’s for West Side Park residents.
