Book club will meet on October 14 at 4:00 to discuss Gap Creek. Our next book, The Meaning of Names, will be available that day.  The new book is written by Karen Shoemaker and takes place in Nebraska from West Point to Stuart during WWI.

Book club will begin in September.  The first book we will read is The Guernsey Literary and Potato Peel Society by Mary Ann Shaffer.  I have one large print book and the rest of the books will be here near the end of August.

In March we are reading Cry, the Beloved Country by Alan Paton.  We will meet to discuss it on Wednesday, March 26 at 4:00.

Book club will meet on January 29 at 4:00 to discuss The Tortilla Curtain by T.C. Boyle.  We will pass out the next book, Turtle Moon by Alice Hoffman that day as well.

Our book for September will be La’s Orchestra by Alexander McCall Smith. Books should arrive by August 20.  We have limited copies so will be sharing.  Anyone who would like to read the book is welcome.  We will meet to discuss it on Wednesday, September 25 at  4:00.
